Jim Kandolin

A Proud Wyoming Native, I have lived in Jackson Hole for over 20 years. After receiving a BA from the University of Wyoming, I migrated to Jackson Hole to enjoy the mountain lifestyle. Starting out as a ski/snowboard instructor in the winters and a carpenter in the summers, I’ve since helped build many custom homes throughout Jackson Hole and have guided thousands of skiers in the surrounding mountains and beyond. I’ve been a licensed Realtor since 2006.

In addition to Skiing, other interests include mountain biking, fly-fishing, and trail running.. to name a few.

My favorite part of living in Jackson is experiencing this wonderful place with my wife, Jennifer, and our two children, Kaya and Sage.

My experience as a builder and property manager has been an big asset to my clients over the years. It is helpful when getting a good understanding of a someone’s design preference, or informing about building codes, zoning or quality of construction.

I have made many good friends and connections over the years working as a guide. These relationships were built on trust and a shared love for skiing and the mountains. It is great to be able to help those with who can, find and purchase the property that will suite them best.

Attributes most important to me are honesty and integrity.

Jennifer Livengood

With over 16 years of experience in real estate, Jennifer has seen many market trends come and go in Jackson Hole. Through the dynamic market, Jennifer has always strived to help those who want to become a part of the Jackson Hole lifestyle by making a home in this beautiful area.

Jennifer has a detailed knowledge of the valley from the perspectives of a real estate professional, parent, and outdoor enthusiast and she appreciates the benefits that life in Jackson Hole can have on a person’s well being.

Joe Meserole

Joe has called Jackson his home since graduating from the University of Denver in 1995. Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in hand, he came to ski for “a winter” and has never looked back. The endless wonders that this valley has to offer have a tight grip on Joe, who came to Apex Real Estate and Property Management LLC with extensive customer service experience.

In addition to many years in Jackson’s booming hospitality industry, Joe managed the customer service department for a Jackson-based manufacturer where he learned the importance of forming lasting relationships with all of his customers, big and small. He then became a licensed Wyoming Real Estate Salesperson and has been using his background and local knowledge to represent Buyers and Sellers ever since. Bottom line: he knows how to take care of clients.

During free time not spent skiing, Joe likes to rack up the miles on his road and mountain bikes. If Joe’s out of town, you can bet he’s on his way to the beach with surfboards in tow.
