Jim Kandolin
A Proud Wyoming Native, I have lived in Jackson Hole for over 20 years. After receiving a BA from the University of Wyoming, I migrated to Jackson Hole to enjoy the mountain lifestyle. Starting out as a ski/snowboard instructor in the winters and a carpenter in the summers, I’ve since helped build many custom homes throughout Jackson Hole and have guided thousands of skiers in the surrounding mountains and beyond. I’ve been a licensed Realtor since 2006.
In addition to Skiing, other interests include mountain biking, fly-fishing, and trail running.. to name a few.
My favorite part of living in Jackson is experiencing this wonderful place with my wife, Jennifer, and our two children, Kaya and Sage.
My experience as a builder and property manager has been an big asset to my clients over the years. It is helpful when getting a good understanding of a someone’s design preference, or informing about building codes, zoning or quality of construction.
I have made many good friends and connections over the years working as a guide. These relationships were built on trust and a shared love for skiing and the mountains. It is great to be able to help those with who can, find and purchase the property that will suite them best.
Attributes most important to me are honesty and integrity.
