It’s easy to ski in and ski out of this location, and is surrounded by beautiful woodland outdoor space. During summer months, access to Grand Teton National Park is about a mile away, and very close to some of the park’s best hiking trails. A well-designed space for large groups or families, this spacious townhome is filled with large windows and glass doors, inviting the impressive mountain views and natural light in. Relax in front of the massive fireplace, or enjoy the spacious dining and kitchen area as you recount the day’s adventures, or kick back on one of the two balconies to enjoy the fresh air and resort vistas. 1 parking space with 1 parking pass for display on your car dashboard provided. No RVs or trailers.

Pro:
Location: to ski back take trail to the left before the bridge. Ski out is about a 50 yard walk, listed as blues, easy blues.
Great area to keep ski equipment with boot dryer
BBQ grill
TV is most rooms, the one in the den area never could gain reception from cable box.
Each room has its own bath
Well stocked with plenty of cooking equipment.
Clean and everything worked. Property has some age but is well maintained.
Saw fox outside the window on two mornings. 723 on both occasions.
Fair priced.
Cons:
Hot tub is good walk and real busy
Parking can be tight at times
Shuttles only run every 30 minutes most of the day. This is true for all condos not just this one.
Would definitely recommend this condo and stay again.

The condo itself was a bit more dated than it looks in the online photos, but it was clean and well-equipped. The bathrooms are very small (even the master) but there are 4 of them, so that helps. I cannot say enough about the Apex property managers. They communicated with me often, both before and during the trip. And their app has so much useful information! Be sure to download that when you go. Also, we had some minor plumbing issues while we were there and they were very responsive to send out repairmen to fix things quickly.

The house was perfect for us. The house was very clean and neat. Every bedroom had a private bathroom with plenty of towels.
Kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans and dishes.
It was a short walk to the Moose chair left and with snow on the ground you could ski to the front door.
A free shuttle to the main base was available in front of the building.
Hot Tub and outdoor heated pool also a short walk from the house.
We had a 15 inch snowfall overnight the parking and sidewalks were all plowed and cleaned by morning.
Christine from the property management co. Apex was outstanding from the first day with any questions about the house , lift tickets etc.
If your looking for a reasonably priced house with large rooms, ski in/out, locker for you skies , I recommend WR #9.
The owner has done an excellent job.
