Excitingly close to the mountains, this second story end unit is a short drive down the road to Grand Teton National Park or the world class skiing at JHMR. 3821 Chokeberry is a renovated mountain-contemporary condominium in the most private part of the Aspens, with wooded mountain views and a creek running under the bridge adjacent to the building. This property offers a cozy fireplace, quiet deck, brand new bathrooms and many places to relax after a long day exploring the Jackson Hole area. This condo is both spacious and comfortable. The main level bedroom features two twin beds which can be formatted into a king bed setup if requested. The upstairs bedroom with an ensuite full bath features two twin beds that are normally separated but can be combined into a king bed format if requested. The upper level semi-enclosed loft area includes two twin beds and convenient work space area. Between the town of Jackson (8 miles) and the Jackson Hole Mountain Resort (4 miles), this townhouse is excitingly close to the mountains and just a short drive down the road from Grand Teton National Park and world-class skiing. 2 car limit for parking. HOA regulations strictly prohibit RVs and trailers (all types).

The unit needs more lighting especially the upstairs bathroom. More electric outlets in bedroom to charge phones. No tea towels to dry dishes, travel cups with lids, coffee pot couldn’t be programmed and the word “clean” was brew.

A flight of stairs from parking to front door. All twin beds. Tight kitchen (fine for one, not two food preparers; no exhaust fan for searing steak smoke; and needs a knife sharpener.) Those are minor inconveniences, but all should know. The place is very comfortable. And the convenience store at the entrance to the neighborhood is veritably a full grocery store of excellence. The rental management group is also excellent. Don’t hesitate to book this.

Located 10 minutes south of the Grand Teton entrance and 15 minutes from Jackson the location was perfect. The Aspen community is well maintained and a pleasure to drive through.
The condo was as described. It was very clean and updated. Everthying was great but I need to mention the following. Since there isnt air conditioning the upstairs took until 12 midnight to cool down. We set up fans to blow the cooler air from downstairs up to the 2nd floor. The mattresses were not great. After rotating them they were passable for a rental but not comfortable. Two windows upstairs were difficult to open since the crank was missing on 1 and broken on the other. Apex brought us additional requested fans immediately but they didnt fix the windows. All in all a great stay but be prepared to be hot especially upstairs. Tenps were in the upper 80s outside during our July stay.

The rental was very clean and exactly as described/pictured. My friends and I had a great time here and it was very conveniently located near Grand Teton National Park and Jackson Hole. Walking to the grocery store and bakery at the beginning of the neighborhood was a great bonus too! Would definitely stay here again.

My experience at the aspens

Had a great time here only problem is 2 of the windows were broken and couldn’t get open cause of it leading to hot days, but other than that everything was perfect had good clean rooms and had stuff there I wouldn’t even think to bring on a trip that was useful, would definitely come back again!!

This place was great! Ended up only being two of us, but the location and accommodations were perfect. Kitchen has everything you need. Bring hangers for your hang up clothing, the hangers here were all for children's clothes.

Vert nice condo. Clean and well kept. It is second floor so steps are steep and could be difficult for someone with knee or hip problems.

Excellent spot in Jackson - about 40 min to the entrance of the park and 20 from downtown. Lovely condo that comfortably slept 6 adults. Great communication from the rental agency too!

The condo was exactly what the listing described. The rooms were good sized and the sound proofing was excellent. We couldn't hear neighbors at all and the inside was normal. The kitchen was a little tight but we still had many in and out to cook many meals. The hot water was in great surplus and the heat was good. The decor was nice too. The check in and the rental agents were very very helpful, efficient and pleasant. We will rent again!

Well-appointed, real fireplace. 6 twin beds, nothing larger. Small but well-equipped kitchen. 1 flight of stairs. Supermarket at entrance to complex. Adequate parking for 1 vehicle. No hot tub.

Wonderful Christmas

This was a perfect property for our family. It is a great location the kitchen was very well stocked (crockpot!) and it was clean and comfortable. It would be a bit tight for 6 people in the living room as we only had 4 and it was just right. If you can bring your own pillows, I would recommend it as the pillows were very flat. We had a wonderful time skiing Jackson Hole and visiting Jackson. I highly recommend the property. We will be back for sure!

We had a wonderful time. Nice space, comfy beds and pillows, bathrooms were nice. The kitchen came with a good amount of cutlery, dishes, pots, pans etc. Location was fabulous. I was working remotely at the time and the internet and cell reception was great. They were extremely helpful and quick to answer questions.

Condo was clean and comfortable. I asked the management company before arriving if there was a crock pot and humidifier. There was. They offered to provide them if there wasn’t. The Berry Patch is at the end of the Aspen condos in a quiet area. I would stay here again.

This is a wonderful place. Just down the road from Teton Village and only 15 minutes from Jackson Town Square. It is very well designed and has everything you need to cook. There is firewood on the back deck. The furniture is very comfortable and in great shape. There are 5 very comfortable beds. The neighborhood is very quiet.

My family and in laws had a wonderful stay at this condo. It’s not the biggest one out there but certainly comfortable for 5 adults and 1 toddler. Loved the neighborhood and everything was super clean. Kitchen is well stocked. Would highly recommend this unit for anyone. Apex was very helpful during our stay. Will definitely be back and would like to deal with Apex again.

Easily Accessible by Bike!

Wonderful property, right on the bike path, we even had a moose in the backyard. Just be aware, the description says there is a queen bed in the second bedroom, but that is not true. There are two twin beds in the second bedroom.

I did leave a detailed note at the property. This was a clean, very nice property. It's hard to navigate back through the small community, but after a few times it was fine.

The property shows much larger in the photographs. It is pretty tight quarters. And the front bedroom showed as a queen sized bed and was really two twins. The one couple was not amused.

There were ample supplies and dishes, but it appeared that no one had cleaned the glasses in quite a long time. Small details, but it's pricey to stay in Jackson/Wilson, do I would expect these would be items that are monitored.

All in all a very nice property, just not quite what we expected.

Aspens Condo

Condo was clean and adequate for our family’s needs. No a/c so we entered in the evening and it was 88 degrees in the condo. It was July and hot during the days and cool over night but upstairs never cooled much. Our kids chose not to use the third room and all slept downstairs for cooler sleep. Maintenance did address the issue and brought us fans right away which was nice.
If it were cooler weather we would stay again. Or maybe find another unit with ac if summertime. Apex management was very helpful and communicated well.
Value for cost may be on the low side but everything seems expensive out there. Location was great! Between Teton Village and Jackson! Right off the trail. I also saw a moose outside our condo one evening! That was pretty cool. I did think it would have a better view of the mountains from the online photos but it did not.

We loved the condo, and the Grand Tetons! The condo was exceptionally clean, with plenty of bed linens, towels and pillows. The kitchen was well-equipped and we really appreciated the laundry room (and included laundry detergent). We would definitely stay here again!

Very nice condo close to Jackson. Perfect spot for our visit to the Tetons. Quiet neighbors with a parking spot right outside the door. Comfortable beds and a kitchen with everything. Owner was great with communication regarding check in and check out. We would stay here again.

Great location. Upstairs bedroom the king size bed is a tight fit. Not a lot of room between it and the walls. Someone had cranked up the heat so it was very warm the first night but otherwise it was a great experience!
