Picturesque Custom Log Cabin

The property was clean and well-maintained. A slow drain in the master bath was taken care of in a very short period of time. The staff at Apex was helpful whenever I had a question. The property was spacious for our group of 6 people, 2 of whom were 8 and 13 years of age. We all loved the location and the wildlife outside our windows.

Our family of 5 had a terrific experience in this house. It was conveniently located in the Aspens, but was set back in the woods, offering ideal privacy. If fact, one morning we had 2 moose in the yard. The kitchen was very well stocked in terms of appliances, cookware, dishes, glassware, and utensils. Gas grill and hot tub were clean and in good working order, including spare propane tanks. Only complaint was that 2 of the upstairs bedrooms without ceiling fans were a little warm.

This was our second stay in this very cozy cabin.
This time there was a record snow fall in the area and this
cabin was warm and an overall great place to stay.
The management company is always wonderful to work with also!

For the past several years, we have been renting vacation homes as a base of operations to run races and explore the national parks. This property is now my current favorite. The management was the most professional I have ever encountered - confirmations, instructions and reminders were e-mailed and integrated with the app, and timely! On the day of arrival I even received a call from the company (unprecedented!) to ensure we would be able to find the property and check in. When we did arrive, we had no issues with the lock box. The house was as described. The kitchen was very well stocked with cookware and a few basics. The bathrooms were well stocked. The giant shower in the master is my new vacation home favorite. The only quibble, which I knew about ahead of time but still chose this place, was the lack of central air. It was an unseasonably warm week, but if you open the windows in the evening and run the fans it cools down nicely. The wifi was great, and they had spectrum cable. But, if you usually bring a fire stick or other device, you won't be able to hook it up because of how the tv is mounted. No big deal though, we were there to hike and run, not watch tv. The house is ideally located to explore the southern side of the park - it is just a few minutes from Teton Village (ride the tram to the top and get waffles!), and easy access to both Jackson and Moose (via Moose Wilson Road). The washer and dryer were very handy. The neighborhood was cute, though the store at the entrance is more Whole Foods - if you are shopping to cook for the week, go to Albertson's in Jackson. All in, I loved this place and we will try to rent it again when we come back to the Tetons in 2021.

We had a very enjoyable stay. This is a very roomy, comfortable, well equipped log home. Great location for our 3 week summer stay. The first floor is an open area with plenty of room in the kitchen, eating area. The lounging area has two comfortable couches and two leather comfortable chairs. The bathrooms were spacious. Beware of moose! We would definitely return if we decide to come to Jackson again.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our time at this cabin. Upon arrival we were greeted by a mother moose and her calf very near the front door. We decided to give her some space and drive around for awhile.
The cabin was immaculate - very well decorated and supplied. The kitchen and bathrooms had everything we could have needed. Apex was very helpful when needed anything and Aspen Grocery down the road had everything we needed for a 1.5 week stay. This cabin is a perfect central location to Jackson Hole and surrounding National Parks. We couldn't be more pleased.

This cabin home is everything promised and more. It is so squeaky clean you could eat off the floor. There wasn’t even dust in the closets! Bathrooms were spotless. The management company is extraordinary, they make the check in and check out so easy. Extremely communicative when needed, they were on point for any and all things you could need. The home is warm, rustic luxury, soft western decor with luxury kitchen appointments. The living room has a comfortable, cozy arrangement to enjoy the fire or watch TV. There is a center bar with stools, and a lovely dining table with views of the woods and wildlife. Extras like a stocked spice cabinet, coffee, sugar, soaps, lotions, laundry detergent, dish detergent are provided. All three bedrooms are upstairs & the mattresses for all the beds were high quality and extremely comfortable. All beds are clothed in crisply laundered& triple sheeted. XL gas water heater gives you plenty of hot water for showers for family of 5 and plenty left over to do dishes with. Stackable laundry washer/dryer for clothes, extra large fridge, smart microwave and 2 smart digital gas ovens make dinner a snap. Tons of matching dinnerware, wine & water glasses, high end cookware make cooking enjoyable. Tons of windows throughout the home, so you can enjoy the endless parade of local wildlife through the yard. We saw black tail deer, elk, fox, grouse, magpies and more. The potential to see moose is high. Having the detached garage was WONDERFUL for cold weather months, no de-icing necessary! The neighborhood is spread out with enough trees and land between houses to give a real feel of seclusion. Absolutely breathtaking views of the Tetons from the kitchen. Heaters were extraordinary, as each room had it’s own control. Every. Single. Room. 15 minute drive to Jackson, 25 minutes to National Elk Refuge, about the same to Teton National Park. Quick drive to nearby markets, and terrific restaurants. This house & management company are

I have been getting away to the Tetons for several years now. This last visit was my 3rd stay at this cabin. I have stayed at other locations, but I seem to gravitate back to this one. It is comfortable, clean, well-stocked, and in a super great and beautiful location. The neighborhood is fantastic. APEX staff is great and love that they put an electronic lock on the door rather than the old lock box.
