Overall good unit. No air conditioning and inadequate fans. Contacted property management and they were quick to respond. Bedrooms quite small. Only queen beds. Kitchen adequate. Floor rugs need replacing or removing as causing tripping hazard. Lots os steep steps to get into unit.

A Berry Good Rental

Overall this was a very good rental. However, 3 window mechanisms were broken and we had to manually assist the crank to open and shut them. Also the window blinds were damaged and need replaced. The property management people were on top of window problem and sent out repair man. I would highly recommend this property to future renters.

We loved the location of this apartment/condo! It was just enough out of the way to be quieter. This was the cleanest rental we have ever stayed at. Even the coffee pot was super clean. The kitchen was small, but it was actually perfect for the type of trip we were on.

Kind of a perfect little spot outside of Jackson, a great option for those who are going to be out and about during the day and don't want to overspend on a place to stay. Pretty close to the city and the airport, and quite centrally located for all the big hikes. Also a nice little market right in the neighborhood. I would highly recommend!

Great stay close to Jackson and Grand Teton

Our family of 5 adults were very comfortable in this comfortable unit. It provided easy access to Grand Teton NP and to Jackson. The kitchen area was adequately stocked, but it is a long, narrow space that doesn't allow for more than one person to easily move around. The beds are comfortable and very clean, however the upstairs bedroom was a little warm when we were there (there is a fan provided, but it didn't really bring in the cooler outside air). All-in-all this was a very nice place to stay in a quiet setting, and we would highly recommend it to others.

Comfortable Stay

Our family of four had a wonderful stay in the clean and comfortable Condo. We had everything we needed to cook in for breakfast and dinner one evening. Our young adult children loved the loft area and upstairs bedroom. I loved the decor, the quiet location, and again, just the cleanliness of the unit. There were washer and dryer available, and soap packets to use which was a nice perk. As it was cooler than we had expected we had not packed enough warm clothes so bought sweatshirts and it was nice to be able to wash those and the one that we had packed to wear a few times. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location! Very clean, quiet surroundings. Only suggestion is how can the upstairs be cooler; having been in Wyoming many years we follow the window opening and closing to have air circulate well, but it didn't help the upstairs bedroom in terms of sleeping comfort.

very clean and comfortable condo,the beds were very comfortable. Great Great location to Teton Village - many restaurants and activities. Very close to the Park entrance. The Pershopne restaurant up the road is wonderful - especially the quiche. Wildlife everywhere. One afternoon there was a mama moose and her two babies right outside our condo door. We watched them for over 1/2 hour. Wonderful customer service from the management company, answered questions immediately. I would totally recommend this property.

Cozy nature-y base for visiting Teton park

Cozy upstairs end-unit condo in a residential development, backed to forest and streams with views of the mountains! I am so glad that we stayed here, and not at the Jackson Hole ski resort property or in the overtourism disaster that is Jackson town proper. From the condo, on our daily "commute" to trailheads in Grand Teton National Park, we were able to completely avoid Jackson by driving up the inside Moose-Wilson Rd, spotting bears and moose along the way. There was even a bull moose right in the condo complex browsing on leaves at the base of the neighboring unit's driveway! We loved the condo's cozy but open feel, especially the window alcove and well appointed kitchen (we cooked in 2 of our 4 nights). Our group of 5 consisted of an adult couple, parents, and a local friend who popped in for a couple nights, so the two full beds/baths plus the bonus lofted twin fit our needs perfectly. I would absolutely stay here again and absolutely recommend it for anyone looking for a premier National Park experience without the Jackson honkytonk.

When we arrived in Jackson I was expecting to have the access code in my email for the condo we rented. When it didn't arrive, I called the Apex office to obtain the code. That's when I realized I'd made our reservations for the wrong dates. That's when Chris went to work. She quickly found another condo in the same area and took care of making an new reservation. Chris was wonderful! Within 15 minutes we were heading for our rental condo. Upon our arrival, we found that part of the condo had no power. I called Chris again and she had Colin (the maintenance guru) call us right back. He helped us find the breaker box and I found the tripped breaker. Problem solved! The condo was great. Fully equipped, very clean and comfortable.
The only thing I would complain about was the TV channel selection. Very limited.
I will definitely use Apex for our next trip to Jackson. They are very professional and helpful.

We enjoyed this location very much. We stayed a month. The mgmt company was very helpful and attentive. The unit was clean and had everything we needed. The downstairs bed was a little saggy but still comfy. We would gladly stay here again.

We stayed at this condo for 4 days in early September 2015 and it was a very convenient and comfortable stay. The address was confusing when we tried to find it when we first arrived (2251 berry drive would be more accurate). But for 3 guys who were fishing the Jackson area it worked out great. We would definitely stay there again if we were to return to the area.

Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay. The location in regards to Jackson and Teton National Park was great. There was construction going on in a couple of the other units in the building, which destroyed the ambiance a bit! We weren't very happy with the general cleanliness of the unit. A LOT of dust! (Which is hard on guests with allergies.) There were a couple of other non working items, too, ie: windows that didn't open, a leaking ceiling, etc. We worked with the problems, though, and I would recommend this property to others.

My family of 5 stayed here at the end of July. It was plenty big for my 3 teenage boys to spread out. The location was perfect. Close to Tetons and Jackson. The place was stocked... paper towels, extra toilet paper, shampoo, soap, a little coffee to get us started. If we are in the area again, we'll definitely stay here again. The gas grill was easy to use. I suggest using the Albertson's in Jackson rather than the small specialty grocery in the Aspens.

Great place and location to stay. The unit was very clean, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. It was well equipped with all the basics provided. The location is very peaceful, quiet, and serene. We had moose outside the unit most days which was a bonus. The location is great for visiting the Tetons, Jadkson, and Wilson. We love to hike and look for wildlife so this was a perfect base for us. I found the property management great to work with and very helpful.

Loved the moose head above the balcony door - glad it was not real. An actual moose grazing in the neighborhood was a great sight.
Area rug in the kitchen was definitely a tripping hazard. We removed that promptly for our stay.
Hot water temperature in the shower seems to fluctuate greatly if other people are using water at same time.
Charter Cable - ick! Glad I don't have that cable service. TV/Internet worked fine, but talk about a bad cable TV experience.

This was an ideal location to explore Grand Teton National Park. The rental company (Apex) was very responsive and they have a great App that was really helpful during our stay. The address listed is NOT the actual unit, you need the unit number and name of the condo section name (Raspberry) to find the place. The unit is a bit old and is showing it's age. When we arrived the washer had a sticky on it that said it was broken. They had a repair guy out the next day who tested it and found nothing wrong with it. I also fell in the bathtub because it is an older porcelain tub and it had no slip guards or even a bathmat. Rental company did go out and buy a mat and delivered it the same day. Toilet seat was broken as well but I didn't bother reporting this as I felt like a pest already. Kitchen is tiny and lacked a lot of spices which travelers don't normally carry. It was such a great location though and a reasonable price compared to Jackson (the town), I would stay here again. My husband met a cow moose and her calf while out running early one morning right in the neighborhood!

Yellowstone Grand Teton trip

We stayed in this lovely condo for 3 weeks, and had various guests stay with us for shorter stays. We were all very happy with the accommodations. The decor is nice, the kitchen is well stocked, there is a washer/dryer and everything one needs for a comfortable stay. The management company has an app, and that is very convenient. We wanted to see the national parks in the area and do some hiking. Grand Teton is a short distance away, Yellowstone is 55 miles away (south entrance). We had some long days touring Yellowstone, but it is doable. The area of the condo is quiet and beautiful. We saw moose right around the housing complex every day. There is a gourmet market less then a mile away, great little shop. There is a bike/walking path also nearby. A large grocery store is about 7 miles away just on the edge of Jackson. Jackson is accessible and a fun little town, lots of restaurants, bars, and good shopping. During our 3 week stay, we saw Jackson Hole go from summer to fall, the fall colors were beautiful. We had a wonderful time and hope to return.

The condo was great for our young family (2 kids, toddler and infant). Our trip was end of May/first of June and is late Spring in Jackson -- the weather was great. We arrived late at night and the condo was super stuffy but cooled right down within minutes of opening windows. Since we didn't know how temperature would fluctuate during the night (it was so hot with windows closed so we left one open at night -- no A/C) we ended up putting both pack n plays on the main floor in the living area, rather than in the extra bedroom as planned. It worked fine for our small family. We really only used the main floor - it was comfortable, kitchen was stocked well enough for cooking simple breakfasts. The market located at the entrance to the community is very expensive so I was glad I brought the majority of my groceries with me for breakfast and lunch (we ate dinners out).
The actual unit was hard to find late at night -- I had forgotten that they included specific directions about the name on the sign outside the unit, so that would have made it easier to locate in the dark.
Our trip consisted of day trips to Teton National Park (about an hour drive to Jenny Lake), dinner at Bar J Wranglers (5 minutes away), and exploring/dining in downtown Jackson (10 minutes away). If you're looking for a variety of activities like we did, then the location is pretty great.
The price for the condo was a great deal -- we booked our trip a little late in the season and were pleased to find the pricing so reasonable.
Overall it was very nice and comfortable. If it were my own home, I would replace the carpet in the bedroom, the wallpaper in the bathroom, and the terribly pokey bed frame in the downstairs bedroom (it's not comfortable at all if you want to sit up in bed) -- so with those being my only complaints (along with not being sure how to regulate the temperature for little kids at night) I'd say it was a pretty great place to stay!

I appreciate the memos about the rental. I received the memo about the door code way before we got to the unit.
We loved the area. It was so beautiful. Loved the shops in the city. There were many choices to eat.

Grand Teton Stay

A beautiful condo which is very well equipped. Second bedroom is upstairs. Very close to the south entrance of Grand Teton. About 15 minutes to Jackson. Loved everything about the condo but the cleaning fee. $150 is excessive for two adults who only used the downstairs area of the condo.

- 2020-02-17T14:32:09+00:00 - Thank you for letting us know you were dismayed by the standard departure cleaning fee in comparison to the size of property and number of occupants. A 2 bedroom + sleeping loft, 2 bath multi-level property requires at least 5 hours of cleaning upon any departure to meet public health safety and stringent Apex requirements. We require our housekeepers to clean and sanitize between every rental, remake every bed, and provide fresh towels even if it appears that rooms or beds or baths were not used by the previous tenants. We are very proud of these standards and will continue to implement them. We are happy you enjoyed every other aspect of the property and hope that you will rebook with Apex in future. We'd love to welcome you back with a very special returning guest discount. Thank you again!

Perfect size for three adults. Location was convenient to Teton Village and Grand Teton National Park (if you don't mind the bumpy dirt road route). Short walk to a small grocery store ... complete with chance encounter with a mother moose and small moose-let. Wifi worked great (very important to us).

This is a great property to stay at while visiting the Jackson Hole area and Grand Tetons. We even had a moose stroll by one evening 10 feet from our window! Loved the decor. Would definitely stay there again!

This holiday home was very well equipped and it was great to have two ensuite bedrooms as we were two couples. The beds were soooooo comfortable and the location was perfect. A very short drive to Teton Village (Jackson Hole Ski Resort)and just a slightly longer drive to Jackson itself.3721 Raspberry provided us with a great base to explore the Grand Teton National Park and then at the end of the day we felt like we were "coming home" to relax and enjoy the serenity of the lovely Aspen community. Great market and wine shop within the community. All we could possibly want.

This was a very nice rental. Our Family really enjoyed the location and the unit. We even had a moose in the side yard. The kids loved watching her from the balcony. The view from the living room was wonderful.. Loved to drink coffee and look out at the Tetons : ) This was a great location.

We've stayed in a number of different rental properties and this one is showing its age. It really needs to be spruced up on the inside as all the finishes are looking worn and dated. Also a little short on seating in the living area with only one upholstered chair and one sofa. We liked the location and the convenience of having shops and a grocery store right there. Nice neighborhood.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo. My suggestions for improvement would be new mattresses. They were barely ok to slept on. My son complained of twin in loft so he slept on the couch. Also better lighting in kitchen and living room. Hot tub accessibility would have been nice. Things were not in perfect condition but were acceptable. We had lots of room for the 4 of us. We enjoyed staying in a condo that looked lodge like.

This comfortable unit is set in a community that has maintained its natural beauty and is conveniently located near all local attractions. At night we heard owls hooting and elks bugling. During the day we saw a wide variety of bird species and best of all two moose!

Overall, very good experience. Address provided via the APEX app was incorrect which had us driving all around until we called and talked to the office. Very clean. Beds are a bit soft, there was no ironing board, which was a huge inconvenience to people that have their clothes in a suitcase and had to go to a wedding. Shower upstairs was extremely slippery and my husband fell. I did find a shower mat under the bathroom sink. Stocked well with essentials. We do believe that someone was in the condo while we were away, as when we came home one night, the toilet seat downstairs was up as if a man had gone the bathroom in there and it wasn't my husband (we only used the upstairs as our sister in law had the downstairs).
